EFS Catering created a business event with 125 guests at the Thrasher-Horne Center in Orange Park, FL. Our delicious buffet-style spread featured a variety of dishes, including succulent Fire Roasted Chicken and flavorful Flame Roasted Flank Steak. Our corporate breakfast delivery catered to a group of 25. The menu featured delightful options, including Vegan French Toast with dairy-free whipped cream and warm peaches, Homemade Waffles with strawberries and maple syrup, as well as Country Sausage, Applewood Bacon, Roasted Breakfast Potatoes, an assortment of bagels, pastries, breads, and fresh fruit trays with vanilla bean whipped cream. We provided everything disposable for a hassle-free setup, from wire chafing racks to serving utensils, plates, napkins, cups, and silverware.

We celebrated a creative gluten-free wedding reception for 150 guests. Our gluten-free buffet featured Creamy Refried Beans, flavorful Mexican Rice, Pan Seared Taco Beef, and Ranchero Chicken Fajitas. Guests enjoyed assembling their tacos with hard corn shells and warm corn tortillas, accompanied by fresh toppings and dips. Experience a culinary extravaganza at our Quarterly Chef's Tasting Event held at the Hampton Inn in Orange Park, FL, where we catered to 60 potential clients. We began with mouthwatering appetizers, including Southern-style shrimp and Grits, Mini Cheeseburgers, and more. Our Charcuterie Station featured Blueberry Honeycomb warmed Brie and assorted cheeses, followed by a sumptuous buffet-style dinner with options like Fire Roasted Chicken, Pan Roasted Tuscan Salmon, and Beef Tenderloin. To top it off, we offered a full bar, Starbucks coffee station, and elegant dining settings. 

We're honored to have catered a recent Celebration of Life Reception with 30 guests in attendance. Our buffet-style service provided comfort and nourishment, featuring a Fruit and Cheese Platter with crackers and pita chips, assorted cocktail sandwiches, Malibu Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Thai Chili sauce, and Greek Spanakopita with Crème Fraiche. Refreshing Sweet Tea and Lemonade were also served. EFS Catering ensured a seamless experience by providing chafers, displays, plates, silverware, serving utensils, and drink dispensers.
