Award-winning Chef Larry Grosshans is a 25-year veteran of the culinary arts and a graduate from the country's most prestigious culinary arts school, The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. This award-winning chef's career has been literally international, in addition to covering every corner of the United States. Grosshans is the successful owner and designer of three restaurants, and the first corporate chef for Starwood Hotels International. In the food service industry, Larry Grosshans has done it all!

She offers a history of performance excellence in event planning and customer relations. A chef in her own right with expansive culinary knowledge, Gonzalez works with the Executive Food Service team to create custom menus for your special occasion. Her absolute commitment and willingness to go to the extra mile will ensure that your event is a total success. Christine LoRusso is a professionally trained wedding coordinator and event planner. She has over fifteen years' experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise covering large and small events such as weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, reunions, anniversaries, birthday parties, and retirement parties.
Christine started her career as a banquet server in a family-owned catering company. After learning and enjoying every aspect of the business, she became a sales manager and event coordinator.
Christine's clients receive the highest quality of service and creative personalization to ensure their event is successful from beginning to end. She controls the entire look and style of each event, constantly working and perfecting the pre-planning and planning stages to ensure the "wow" factor when guests arrive.

Chef Micky Faith brings a level of experience and expertise to the Culinary Staff by heading up all day to day operations of the Culinary Team. Chef Micky has the skill and expertise in all Culinary Arts preparations and applications. His traditional Mediteranian background brings foods to life and his love of food shows with all of his many unique and signature creations.
